Russian wood-fired sauna is really amazing by its features. First of all, its real wet steam, which Finnish sauna doesn’t have, has healing features. According to various counts, humidity in other saunas isn’t higher than 10%, whereas in Russian wood-fired sauna it isn’t less than 70-75%. Steam from sauna strengthens heart and lungs, trains and tones vessels during contrast precedures. Secondly, different sauna’s accessories like bath brooms and aroma oils are incredibly healthy. For instance, just a few drops of real taiga oil can multiply the effect of going to sauna and have a therapeutic effect. Using a bath broom you can not only warm up your skin and relax your muscles but also get “a charge” of phytoncides contained in natural broom wood. All these things are available in our saunas.
